Seven or more years’ development or other related experience, including experience managing a team. Experience with medical fundraising either in a hospital or an academic medical center would be strongly preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Comfortable and experienced working with the Atlas CRM Fundraising database.
BA/BS Degree required.

The ability to build bridges and strong relationships across the department with fundraising and service units.

Develop and implement strategies to cultivate and steward a portfolio of 75-100 prospects in various stages (cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, etc.)
Help prospects identify their gift potential to the hospital—working within the fundraising targets established.
Actively participate (prepared with strategies, etc.) at regular prospect review meetings.
Maintain and update relevant contact information and information related to the prospect/donor’s interest in Atlas, providing updated information to colleagues and for future cultivation strategies.
